3 cans french cut green beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 lb kabasa sausage cut into pieces
½ onion chopped fine
½ bell pepper chopped fine
1 stalk celery chopped fine
3 cloves garlic chopped fine
salt & pepper to taste
2 tablespoon olive oil

Drain green beans and put into a large pot.
Add tomatoes and simmer slowly
Saute sausage until lightly brown on both sides which also removes some of the oil in it.
With a sloted spoon put the sausage into the pot
Put 2 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet and saute onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic until tender. add this to the pot. salt and pepper to taste.
I then put the product into a 9 x 12 baking dish pulling some of the sausage to the top.
Cover and cook at 325 deg for approximately 30 minutes so the ingredients will come together for great flavor
