Cinnamon Pork Roast




Pork Roast Seasoning 1 3 lb. Pork Roast ½ cup flour 2 teaspoon. cinnamon (plus additional for sprinkling) salt pepper GRAVY 2 cups Kitchen Basics chicken bullion 2 Tbsp. butter

Place pork roast in any type of plastic bag. Season pork roast with salt and pepper. Add, flour and cinnamon to plastic bag. Shake bag to coat pork roast evenly. Remove pork roast from bag (discard bag and remaining mixture) and place in roasting pan. Sprinkle some additional cinnamon on top of roast. Bake at 325 until meat thermometer reads 170. GRAVY Place roasting pan on stove. Add butter and chicken bullion. Scrape pan for pork roast drippings. (Serve with cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes)
