Fried Rice So Good, You’ll….

A Cajun flare is added to this already awesome dish. My secret ingredient adds a whole new twist to this well known Asian dish. Many have tried to master it but no one has, until now!!!

White rice Egg Chicken Celery Carrots Peas Green and red peppers Green onion Canola oil Sesame oil Secret ingredient (Read On!)

Cook rice, and chicken (1-2 breast) Cut up vegetables, ½ of each pepper, 3 stalks celery, 1 cup peas, 3 stalks green onion, ½ C carrots. Mix together 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white(no yolk) together with 1 oz sesame oil and 1 oz canola oil(beat well). Add 1 oz canola oil to Wok, get really hot, add eggs, cook until eggs are of runny consistency, lower heat. Add rice to eggs and scramble well, add meat next, and scramble well, then add your vegetables. Be sure to not overcook, keep veggies crisp. Remove from heat, and add secret ingredient to taste (approx 1 Tbsp). The secret ingredient is "Slap Ya Mama!" Cajun seasoning salt, from Louisiana.
