Serve as your entree or skewer the slices for finger food!

½ cup soy sauce
½ cup olive oil
8 garlic cloves, chopped
3 TAB. packed brown sugar
2 TAB. sherry wine vinegar
4 tea. chopped fresh ginger
Fresh ground pepper
1 Large flank steak (about 2 lbs.)

In your food processor, combine first 7 ingredients (all but steak), and puree until smooth.
Place flank steak in shallow dish, and with fork, pierce mulitple times. Pour your soy mixture over and cover and refigerate over night, turn and pierce the meat several times when you think of it.
Bring to room temp. and fire up the grill and cook to medium-rare, llet stand for about 10 minutes and
slice thin at about a 45 degree angle across the grain. The fans will love it!
