A wonderful departure from the usual pork ribs

Ingredients
6 pounds beef back ribs, cut into 1 rib portions
2 cups honey barbeque sauce, homemade or purchased
3 Tablespoons Steak Sauce
½ cup coconut milk
1 cup sweet soy sauce
1 cup tamari or soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
2 Tablespoons Chinese Five Spice Powder

Instructions
In a medium saucepan combine the barbeque sauce, the steak sauce, the coconut milk, the sweet sauce, the tamari, the pineapple juice and the powder. Whisk to blend. Bring to a boil over a medium heat; reduce heat to low and simmer until mixture is reduced by ¼, about 30 - 40 minutes.
Stir frequently to avoid burning.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Pour cooled sauce into a jar with a tightly fitting cover and refrigerate until needed.
Spray grids of the grill with nonstick cooking spray and preheat grill to a medium-high heat.
Arrange ribs on grill, and cook until cooked through, turning and brushing with sauce frequently, about 18 - 22 minutes
Arrange cooked ribs on serving platter and serve immediately, passing remaining sauce.
