Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Tacos

A tangy and spicy pulled pork taco with a delicious crunch!

Ingredients

1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin 1 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce 1/2 red onion, chopped 1/2 green pepper, chopped Red Pepper flakes to taste 1 6oz can of French Fried Onions 1 package soft taco shells

Instructions

Add pork, onion, green pepper, BBQ sauce, and red pepper flakes (to taste) to slow cooker and set to low. Cook until pork pulls apart easily with a fork (6-7 hours). Pull apart pork and let it cook in sauce on low for at least another 1/2 hour. When ready to eat, fill warm taco shells with pulled pork and a sprinkle of french fried onions on each.
