Duck Salad

This is a very easy salad, I love making this salad. I had too much duck meat left over one day and I thought about duck salad. My family and friends love it. You can put it in a different color Red pepper or yellow pepper cup to make it very special

Ingredients

1½ cups chopped Plum Tomato, seeded and pat dry 2 cups chopped Duck Meat, Cooked ½ cup chopped red pepper 1 1 /2 teaspoon chopped capers 2 large cooked boiled eggs. Chopped ½ cup chopped celery with leaves 1 teaspoon white ground pepper ½ cup sound cream 1 cup salad dressing 1 cup cherries tomato cut in half 1 bun whole leave parsley

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix tomato, duck meat, red pepper, capers, boiled eggs, celery, white pepper, sour cream, and salad dressing. Mix well. Chill for 2 to 4 hours. Garnish with cherries tomato and fresh parsley leaves.
