Double battered garlic shrimp

• Large bag of medium shrimp pealed and cleaned
• 2cups milk
• 2eggs
• Flour
• Garlic salt

1. Take clean shrimp and thoroughly encase it in the flower
2. Take eggs and milk and mix together until combined
3. Dip floured shrimp into egg and milk mixture untill fully covered
4. Reflour shrimp once more until thick coat of floury dough
5. Heat fryer to 400 degrees and fry shrimp for 20 minutes or until deep golden brown
6. Take out shrimp and immediately sprinkle with garlic salt until coated for personal flavor
7. Serve to family with side of fries and salad
