1 2+ chicken, cut-up
2t curry powder
½C orange juice
2t corn starch
1 orange, peeled,sliced

Sprinkle chicken pieces with curry power; rub into the meat. Arrange chicken in a baking dish, skin side down. Combine orange juice, 4T honey and mustard in a small sauce pan; simmer until blended. Pour over chicken; bake in 375 oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and continue to bake for additional 20 minutes or till done.
Remove chicken to serving platter; keep warm. In same small sauce pan, combine corn starch, water and 4T honey heat until blended, now blend in pan juices from chicken. Cook until thick and bubbly. Add ½ oranges pieces; heat 1 minute. Pour sauce over chicken. Use other ½ of the orange to decorate platter.
Serve with hot cook jasmine rice and broccoli flowers as sides.
