Creamy Chicken breasts with Angel Hair

This is an amazing combination of ranch wine and dijon and cooked with the chicken. The cream sauce is an addicting flavor!




1 Cup of ranch dressing ⅓ Cup dijon mustard 4 whole skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut an pounded this ½ Cup Margarine or butter ⅓ Cup dry white wine 1 LB of angel hair pasta cooked and drained Chopped Parsley

In a small bowl whisk together the salad dressing and mustard. Set aside. In a Large skillet, saute the chicken in the butter until browned, transfer to a oven proof dish and keep warm in the oven at 100 degrees. Pour wine into skillet, whisk over med. high heat. scraping up the brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Whisk in dressing mixture, blend well. It will take a bit of time to whisk in circular motion till all combined. Place chicken back into skillet in the sauce and let sit a few minutes till you make your plate with the angel hair. Spoon some sauce on top of pasta and add your chicken breast and more sauce if you like
