This is a wonderful meal for family, friends or entertaining the boss.
Everyone loves the creamy texture and wonderful taste of this meal.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup butter
1 package dry Italian dressing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 container chive and onion cream cheese
½ cup white wine
1 lb pasta

Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add dry Italian dressing mix. Place chicken in skillet and lightly brown on both sides. Just a couple minutes per side.
Remove chicken and place in a 13x8 baking dish. Leave all drippings in skillet.
In skillet, pour in the soup, cream cheese and stir until melted. Add wine, mix together well. Pour over chicken. Cover with lid or aluminum foil.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
About 10 minutes before the chicken is done. Cook your pasta. I like to use, wheels or small shells or something that will hold the sauce.
When chicken is done, remove chicken from the pan and place on plates, pour cooked pasta into sauce and stir well. Serve next to chicken.
I love to serve this with a green salad and fresh baked bread sticks or garlic bread. ENJOY!!!
