½ Package frozen puff-pastry sheets (1 sheet), thawed
2 Teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ Pound lump crab meat, flaked and picked over
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
¼ Teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 F. On lightly floured surface, unfold pastry sheet. With 1½-inch scalloped biscuit cutter, cut out 42 rounds; place on ungreased large cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden. Transfer to wire rack to cool. In bowl, mix crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, tarragon, and pepper. Cut each pastry puff horizontally in half; remove top halves. Place 1 level teaspoon crab meat mixture on each bottom half; replace tops.
