5 red and yellow peppers
1 cup of water
Salt to taste
3 cups of cilantro
3 garlic cloves
1 lime juice and zest
⅓ cup of olive oil

In a food processor, mix the cilantro, garlic, oil, lime juice and zest. Add a dash of salt.
Rub on chicken, and let it marinate for 30 minutes. In the meantime, julienne onions and peppers.
In a dish, place your chicken, onions and peppers and cook on 375 for 45 minutes till the chicken juices run clear. Check on your peppers and onions, stir if needed.
