An easy to make one-pan meal. Great especially on those cold winter days.
1 pound ground turkey.
2 large onions, chopped.
3 cloves garlic, minced.
1-16 ounce can dark red kidney beans.
1-16 ounce can black beans.
1-16 ounce can chili beans.
3-16 ounce cans stewed tomatoes.
1-8 ounce can tomato sauce.
2 green peppers, chopped fine.
3 tablespoons low sodium, lite, catsup.
2 tablespoons oregano.
1 teaspoon chili powder.
½ teaspoon cumin.
1 teaspoon Chili Seasoning Mix.
1 onion, chopped.
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese.

In large covered frying pan, brown turkey meat. In steamer, steam onions, garlic and green peppers until soft, then drain excess liquid. To the browned turkey, add the steamed vegetables and all remaining ingredients and simmer covered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste. Add optional topping or pour over macaroni, if desired, and serve.
