Chicken Sandwich with Ham and Garlic Aioli

2 sm/med chicken breasts 2 slices ham 2 slices provolone cheese 2 pretzel buns 3 tablespoon mayo ½ teaspoon minced garlic 1-2 slices lemon depending on size and your taste buds Pinch or couple crushes of ground black pepper

Grill the chicken breasts Butter the buns Heat up a fry pan and place the buns in it to get them nice and toasty (the bread part side down, not the pretzely outside down) When the chicken is done place a slice of provolone then ham on each and just let it sit on the grill for a minute or two Take out the top bun side, flip the bottom bun and put the chicken with ham and cheese on the bottom bun. Cover until it looks hot and melted – you want it melty but not soggy Put the mayo, garlic, lemon juice and pepper in a bowl and whisk up Spread that on the top half of the bun. Plate the bottom bun with chicken and yummy goodness and top with top bun that has the garlic aioli.
