Ingredients
- 1½ cups unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon *Tabasco® sauce
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound shrimp (16 – 20) 1 lemon, cut in 6 pieces
Preparation
- Preheat a Cuisinart™ Electric Skillet to 200°F; melt butter. Add garlic, shallots, Worcestershire, Tabasco®, bay leaves, paprika, rosemary, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp; adjust heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes; turn shrimp and cook until opaque, about 3 to 5 minutes longer.
- Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce. *Tabasco® is a registered trademark owned by the McIlhenny Co.
