Ingredients

  • 1½ cups unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon *Tabasco® sauce
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound shrimp (16 – 20) 1 lemon, cut in 6 pieces

Preparation

  1. Preheat a Cuisinart™ Electric Skillet to 200°F; melt butter. Add garlic, shallots, Worcestershire, Tabasco®, bay leaves, paprika, rosemary, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
  2. Add shrimp; adjust heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes; turn shrimp and cook until opaque, about 3 to 5 minutes longer.
  3. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce. *Tabasco® is a registered trademark owned by the McIlhenny Co.
