3 cups cooked short-grain brown rice, warm

1 cup cooked black beans

½ cup corn kernels

½ cup grape tomatoes, halved

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1 avocado, sliced

Kosher salt


Chopped fresh cilantro

Lime wedges

Tortilla chips
