This tasty burger is made with fresh, healthy ingredients. It's so flavorful you don't even need a bun!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef, bison or turkey 1 teaspoon Italian Seasonings 1 teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 peaches, peeled and finely diced ½ cup balsamic vinegar 1 Tbsp coconut oil 4 slices goat cheese 4 cups fresh greens

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground meat, Italian seasonings, salt and pepper. Form into four burger patties and grill or cook as desired. Meanwhile, heat coconut oil in a small sauce pan. Add in peaches and balsamic vinegar. Cook over low-medium heat for about 10 minutes or until fruit is soft and liquid is almost absorbed. Place cooked burgers over a bed of greens on a plate. Top with a slice of goat cheese and a spoonful of peach sauce.
