Baked Salmon with Lemon Curry Sauce

Salmon filets baked in a tasty sauce, very fast and great with rice or pasta.




4 Meaty salmon filets ½ cup mayonnaise juice of ½ lemon 2 cloves garlic minced ½ teaspoon mild curry powder fresh ground black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Place the filets in a glass baking dish that has been lightly buttered or sprayed with cooking spray. Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a small bowl, add black pepper to taste. Spoon the sauce over the fish so that all pieces are covered. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until fish is firm and opaque. Serve with hot rice or pasta.
