This tasty quiche is always a big hit at my house. It's great for nutritious and easy meal served with a side salad and crisp white wine.
Ingredients
1 prebaked pie crust
10 blanched asparagus spears
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 cup milk
½ teaspoonn salt
¼ teaspoonn pepper
½ teaspoonn tarragon
1 teaspoonn dijon mustard

Instructions
Place blanched asparagus in bottom of pie crust in decorative pattern. Cover with cheddar cheese. Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper, tarragon and dijon mustard. Pour over the asparagus and cheese. Bake in preheated 400 degree F. oven for 45-55 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out dry.
