Boneless pork roast
⅓ cup rice vinegar
1 clove chopped garlic
fresh ginger, peeled, diced
fresh pepper
½ cup canola oil
2 teaspoon soy
3 cup water

Instructions
Combine water, garlic, canola, oil, ginger, pepper, soy sauce, pepper, pepper corns, and rice wine vinegar. Pour over pork loin and marinate over night. Drain, pat dry, and roast at 375° for 35 -40 minutes; remove from oven, let rest, then cut and serve with soba noodles that have been tossed with mirin.
