Indian finger food/starter
made with tandoori chicken, butter puff pastry, potatoes, herbs and spices.
Sheet Butter puff pastry
1 chicken breast cooked in Tandoori paste, then chopped
Boiled Potatoes sliced
½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
½ teaspoon Coriander seeds
Black Pepper & Salt to season
Fresh coriander leaves to garnish

Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4.
Smear the tomato relish over the pastry but leave 1cm gap whole way around the edge.
Then add the sliced boiled potatoes over the relish.
Add the chopped tandoori chicken breast on top of the potatoes.
Add the caramelized onions on top of the chicken.
sprinkle the cumin and coriander seeds over the top (equally over all 4 sheets), salt & pepper to taste.
Place in Oven 10-12 minutes 200 degrees
Place fresh coriander leaves over top to garnish.
