Amazing Chili Meatloaf

This meatloaf takes traditional to a new extreme. Easy and so delectable with its red chili flavors.

1 small yellow onion, diced 4 cloves garlic, diced 1 tbls oil 1 tbls Chipotle Tabasco 1 lb Ground turkey 1 chipotle in adobo sauce plus 1 teaspoon sauce ¼ cup buttermilk ¼ cup beer 2 eggs 2 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ¼ teaspoon ancho pepper powder ¼ teaspoon chipotle pepper powder ¼ teaspoon black pepper ½ cup shredded cheddar 1 can red kidney beans-drained ¾ cup bread crumbs--- For Sauce: ½ cup sour cream ½ teaspoon salt pinch of cayenne 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon lime zest 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

Pre-heat a small sauté pan over medium heat add the oil. Dice the onion and garlic and sauté over medium heat. Add in the Tabasco and remove from heat when onions are translucent (don't burn the garlic) set aside and cool. In a large mixing bowl mix together all the ingredients including the sautéed onion and garlic mixture. When those are mixed together add in the ground turkey. Form into a loaf and put in a pre-heated 350 oven. Cook for 45-60 min. Check for internal temperature of at least 165. Remove from the oven. For the sauce: mix together the sour cream and other. Spoon over the meatloaf.
