Roasted Grape Flatbread with Ricotta and Rosemary

This can be served as a main dish or cut into slices for a delicious and easy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided, plus more for drizzling
  • ½ cup ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, roughly chopped
  • 2/3 cup red grapes
  • Pinch kosher salt

Preparation

  1. Stretch the dough to about 13 inches long and 9 inches wide to fit the air fryer basket. Brush the top of the dough with some of the olive oil. Place the dough onto the crisping plate of the air fryer. Insert the basket into the air fryer, and then select Air Fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. Press Start/Stop.
  2. When the Toss Reminder sounds, carefully flip the dough and then brush the opposite side of the dough with more olive oil. Top with the ricotta, grapes, and rosemary, and drizzle with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Return the basket to the air fryer. Select Air Fry at 400°F for 4 minutes, and then press Start/Stop.
  3. Remove the flatbread from the air fryer. Sprinkle with the salt and drizzle with olive oil. Slice and serve.
