Grilled Furikake Salmon


1 slab of Salmon Fillet
1 bottle of Furikake mix (Found in the oriental section of your grocery store)
1 bottle of capers
Mayonnaise (Best Food) preferred


Place salmon on a long piece of tinfoil on a flat surface. Make sure the salmon is clean. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the whole salmon. Sprinkle the capers over the entire salmon followed by the furikake. Wrap the salmon in the tinfoil. Place on the barbeque grill for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked. You can also bake at 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve with pasta or over rice.
