Italian Beef Sandwiches
INGREDIENTS

1 2-3 lbs boneless beef chuck roast

11/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/3 cup water

8 pepperoncinis with juice

1 red or green cubanel pepper julienned

1 garlic clove minced

1/2 pkg onion soup mix

11/2 Tab worcestershire

Sandwich rolls
Instructions
Cut roast in half. Place in slow cooker. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning,pepper and cayenne pepper. Add water. Cover and cook on high 31/2 hours.Remove roast and shred.Return to slow cooker. Mix pepperoncinis, pepper, garlic, soup mix, and worcestershire. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on high 1 hour longer. Spoon beef mixture in to sandwich rolls and enjoy.
