Chicken Kabobs

This is a very easy, grill item."


6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup Lite Italian Dressing
Chicken Seasoning (your choice)
1 Large Onion
2 Large Peppers (use different colors)
Mushrooms (whole)
Tomatoes (cherry or grape)


Cut chicken into cubes and place in sealed bag or plastic container. Add Italian dressing and seasoning. Seal and refrigerate for a minimum of eight hours (overnight works best).
Cut onion and peppers into wedges.
Place marinated chicken cubes and vegetables on coated skewers (discard marinade).
Place on pre-heated grill (foil helps). Grill on medium to high heat, turning as needed, until done.
