Greek Spaghetti


4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2- bell pepper, chopped
1- can water chestnuts
2- tbsp Greek seasoning
2- onions, chopped (or to taste)
1- lg can of mushrooms
1- lg can diced tomatoes
1-can sliced black olives
8 oz pkg Colby & Mozzarella shredded cheese
1 lb angel hair pasta cooked


1)boil chicken until done then chop into bite size pieces, save 1 cup of broth to pour into dish
2)stir fry onion, peppers, and tomatoes
3)cook spaghetti in remainder of broth
4)put chicken, onions, peppers, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, water chestnuts, noodles and cheese all together and mix w/ the cup of saved broth
5)pour into baking dish and bake then cover w/ extra cheese if desired and bake @ 350 until heated thru
