Tender Chops

Pork chops dish
Tender, melt in your mouth pork chop dinner."


6 bone-in, pork chops
1 can ring pineapple
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
small onion
salt and pepper


Heat the butter in large frying pan, saute, then sear onions on high heat. Add the chops and brown along side the onions. When the chops are browned on both sides, spoon in the cans of soup, undiluted. As the dish cooks, add some of the pineapple juice from your can of rings. Cook on a simmer to high simmer for at least 3 hours, adding small amounts of the juice and dashes of Worcestershire. Be generous to your taste. After and an hour or so, place the rings in the pan with the chops and onions. Lightly stir the sauce and other ingredients as it cooks. Then and serve and enjoy. Don't be afraid to overcook, delicious!!
