Crunchy Chicken Heart-Attack SubsUser Submitted Recipe
1 Box Frozen Crunchy Breaded Chicken Breast Strips
Oil for frying
6 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled (the crunchier the better)
3/4 C. Mayonnaise
1/2 Tsp Superior Touch Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
1 Tsp Warm Water
Soft Sub Rolls
Using approx. 6 of the Crunchy Chicken Breast Strips, fry in approx. 1/4 inch of oil in fry pan. Remove from heat and drain on paper towel. Chop the chicken strips into pieces.(not too small!) Mix 1 tsp of WARM water with the 1/2 tsp of bouillon base, then mix it with the mayonnaise, cut-up cooked chicken and crumbled bacon. Spoon into your favorite soft sub rolls!
All of the above ingredients are to your liking! You may like more mayonnaise, or less - or more bacon, or less - or more chicken base, or less - or more chicken strips, or less!
You can also make a thicker sub using more of the filling - whichever you prefer!
