Meatloaf and Mashed Potatos
INGREDIENTS
2 Lbs Ground Beef
1/2 cup of Chopped Onions
1 Sleeve of Finely Grated Crackers (Food Processor Works Best)
2 Large Eggs
1 Tsp of Onion Powder
1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
1 Tbs of Beef Base
1 Lb. of Potatoes
1/2 Stick of Butter
1/2 Cup of Milk
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees. Grate the Crackers in a food processor. Then put the meat in a bowl and mix in eggs, crackers, onions, onion powder, garlic powder,salt, beef base, and pepper. Shape into a loaf and put it in a 9x13 pan. Cook for 2 hours. Boil potatoes. When soft drain them and mash them with the butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
