Puff Pastry Boursin ChickenUser Submitted Recipe
4 small chicken breasts
1 pkg. boursin cheese (I have used light also)
1 pkg. puff pastry sheets, thawed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Flatten chicken and season with salt and pepper
Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut each sheet in half.
Place a piece of chicken on each piece of pastry.
Spread a generous amount of cheese on the top of each piece of chicken.
Wrap the puff pastry around chicken and pinch the edges shut.
Spray a casserole dish or cookie sheet (with sides in case of run off) and bake for about 30 minutes.
