Veal Tail

This is great for cold weather."


2 lb of lean Veal tails
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
2 spoons Green pepper, chopped
2 spoons Red pepper,chopped
5 whole mushrooms, chopped
3 Bay leaves
1 spoon Parsley
1/4 of cup peas
1 chopped carrots
rock salt & black pepper
Olive oil
1/2 cup of beer (any brand)


Sear the Veal tails, garlic, and onions in a hot pan on all sides until golden bronw. Add the red and green peppers until are translucent. Add beer and put the bay leaves. Bring to simmer. Reduce heat to lower. Cover and cook for 45 min. Stir Vealteals and add chopped mushrooms and carrot. Add rock salt. Cook for another 45 min. until meat is fork tender. Lastly add the peas and parsley. Cover and leave it for 20 min to cold down. Serve with broiled potates or rice! Bon Appetite...
