Shrimp Etoufee

Crayfish or Shrimp either works


Two tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of chopped onion
1 stalk of chopped celery
3-4 cloves of chopped garlic
1 15 ounce can of chicken broth
Italian breadcrumbs
6 or 7 chopped shallots
1 package of 12 or 16 oz crayfish or shrimp shelled removed


Saute onion, celery, and garlic until translucent in the olive oil on medium heat in a 12 inch fry pan
Add the crayfish/shrimp and broth to the pan
Cook for three to five minutes and salt and pepper to test
Add Italian breadcrumbs to the pan sufficiently thickening it to your liking
Sprinkle shallots on top
cook for five minutes more
serve over rice or pasta
