Ingredients

1 lb fresh shrimp clean and devein
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
Salsa:
2 mangoes
2 avocados
6 roma tomatoes take seeds out so won't be soupy
2 jalapeno pepper take out seeds
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
4 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup chopped red onion (has to be red onion)

Instructions

1. Preheat grill

2. Take wooden skewers place in water to soak so they don't burn.

3. Mix in sauce pan garlic and EVOO. Place about five shrimp on skewer and brush with garlic and oil.

4. Cook 1 minute on one side flip and 30 seconds to another minute on other side depending on size of shrimp. Set aside.

5. Place tortillas on grill until lightly toasted on both sides.

6. Cover with salsa and serve.

*Make sure skewers are soaked in water for at least 30 minutes. Also make Salsa first and let it sit for at least 30 minutes its best if you can make it an hour before
