Hamburger Concoction

A semi-Spanish quick hamburger meal"


2 lb hamburger browned in frying pan
1/2 red pepper (medium)
1/2 green pepper (Medium)
1 can kidney beans (partially drained)
1/2 cup liquid beef stock
1/2 cup salsa
3 cups cooked rice
2 cans sliced mushrooms
1/2 can stewed tomatoes
1 medium onion


cook the rice per instructions, or use left-over rice
brown hamburger in frying pan drain
add rest of ingredients, except rice.
cook until peppers are soft
add rice stir together, set at warm for about 15 minutes
dish up
