Shrimp & Fruit Sandwich

Cool summer luncheon treat."


1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 avocado
3/4 c. pineapple
1/4 t. cumin
1/4 t. garlic
dash orange juice
dash lime juice
1/4 c. sour cream
2 sl. pita bread


Dice the pineapple and avocado and combine all remaining ingredients. Chill. Simply stuff the pita bread and enjoy with a margarita!
