Honey Crunch Fish
INGREDIENTS
Haddock or cod 4 fillets
2 c honey crunch with oats and almonds
1/2 c butter
Instructions
Line pan with 1 cup honey bunches of oats. Crush 1 cup in plastic bag and coat fish fillets. Place fish in pan. Cover with melted butter. Bake 20 min. 375*
