These are absolutely delicious and give a new oriental flavor slant to the usually American classic rib dinner. And with baby back rib they are low in fat and perfect in flavor. These are easy to prepare and are a great favorite with corn on the cob and roasted red potato

Oriental Baby Back Rib
INGREDIENTS
4 Baby Back Ribs
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
3 teaspoon Onion Powder
3 teaspoon Five Spices Seasonings*
2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce sprinkled all over
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce and sprinkle all over
1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
Pierce the ribs with a fork or sharp instrument so seasoning will penetrate
After piecing ribs and rub all 7 the seasonings, place in baking dish and leave to marinate in the refrigerator all day, turning occasionally if possible.
Roast open in a 350◦ oven for about one hour or until nicely browned
