Ingredients

8 lb. chuck roast
Salt & pepper,
Garlic to taste
3 green peppers
1/3 box of anise, sesame, oregano, onion salt


Instructions

Season roast and bake for 5 hrs. at 250*
Take out of oven trim fat, pull apart. Add spices, cover with water and bake for 5 hours
