Pineapple Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
6 thin boneless pork chops
1 egg
1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/4 cup stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 small white onion, chunked
1 green pepper, chunked
1 can crushed pineppple, drained
Instructions
1st, mix the egg, ginger, teriyaki sauce, and pineapple juice in a small bowl. Set aside. Next, melt the better and mix in the brown sugar and set aside. Next, spray a 9x13 baking dish with PAM. Dip the pork chops in the egg mixture, covering completely and then coat in the brown sugar mixture. Place the pork chops evenly in the pan. Pour remaining brown sugar mixture over chops. Next, pour the can of crushed pineapples over the chops and spread evenly. Drop the onion and green pepper chunks in the pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 mins and enjoy!
