Chicken Salad

A great light brunch or lunch recipe that can easily be increased in size. I have used both the "Member's Mark" canned chicken from Sams as well as grilled chicken breasts that were marinated in Italian dressing (leave out ranch dressing if using marinated grilled chicken). "


1 Can Chicken
¼ C Mayonnaise - to taste
1/8 C Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
¼ C Celery cut into very small pieces
1 C Red Seedless Grapes, quartered
1/8 C Chopped pecans
1/8 t Curry Powder (or more to taste)
1/8 t Seasoned Pepper (or more to taste)


Mix together and serve on criossants or toasted English Muffins.
