Great Northern Chicken
Delicious baked chicken with a refined taste of barbecue with an inner savoy taste of ham.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Chicken Breast, skinned
1/4 lb ham, sliced very thin
1/4 cup of Jack Daniels Whiskey
1/4 cup of Barbecue Sauce, preferably Jack Daniels
1/2 cup of cooked or canned Great Northern Beans
Dry Marinade
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black course pepper
1 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt

1 lb Chicken Breast, skinned
1/4 lb prosciutto ham, sliced very thin
1/4 cup of Jack Daniels Whiskey
1 cup of Barbecue Sauce, preferably Jack Daniels
1/2 cup of cooked or canned Great Northern Beans
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 lemon
Dry Marinade
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black course pepper
1 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions
In a small bowl. combine all of the marinade ingredients. Use only 1/2 of the brown sugar, saving the remaining for later use. Mix well, making sure to brown sugar is mixed with other ingredients.
Use a sharp knife to butterfly cut each breast. Rub in the marinade of the back side of each individual breast, turn face down and refrigerate for at least one hour.
While the breast marinade, place great northern beans, which must be cooked in a sauce pan with 1/2 of the onions and simmer for about 15 minutes. Also mix in a separate sauce pan Jack Daniels Whiskey, Jack Daniels Barbecue Sauce, the juice of the lemon, the remaining onions, remaining brown sugar and allow to simmer.
Preheat oven oven to 375 F. Spray baking dish with Pam or like coating and set aside. Now remove chicken breast from refrigerator, turn the marinade side down. On one side of breast place one thin slice of ham, 1 tbsp. of northern beans and 1 tsp. of onions. Then bring the other side together with the prepared side in a roll fashion. Once pocket or sides are brought together use two or three toothpicks to hold together.
Place face down in baking dish and continue the same until all breast have been completed. Once all are completed brush lightly with barbecue sauce which has been simmering.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 F, place baking dish in the center of the oven and allow to bake for 1 hour or until completely tender. Baise with barbecue sauce every 15 minutes or so.
Once baking is complete, remove the toothpicks carefully, which were soaked prior to cooking and sprayed with cooking spray, place chicken breast on serving platter with smaller dishes of barbecue sauce in the center and thinly cut pieces of toasted garlic bread on the outer edge for dipping in the
