2 heads Broccoli Rabe
8 Red, Yellow, Green, Orange Peppers
Garlic (slivered)
Olive Oil
Provolone Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Chop Stems off of Broccoli Raab
Lay on a sheet pan in a single layer
Evenly top with garlic
Season with Salt/Pepper
Drizzle with Olive Oil
Roast for 15 minutes
Remove from oven

Slice peppers in half and remove the seeds
Lay each slice on a sheet pan in a single layers
Season with salt/pepper
Coat wit olive oil
Turn to coat both sides of peppers
Roast for 35 minutes

Remove from oven
Allow to cool for 5 minutes
Stuff with roasted broccoli rabe
Top with a slice of provolone cheese
Place back in oven for 5-8 minutes of until cheese is melted
