Maple Pork Chops

6 Smoked pork chops

Pineapple juice

Maple syrup


Make sure the pork chops are unsalted. In a deep large pan place the pork chops. Add 10 oz of pineapple juice, and about 6 oz of maple syrup. Keep at high temperature. Be careful of any spill. You may vary the amount of pineapple juice and maple syrup to fit your taste. As the mix gets thicker keep adding more pineapple juice and maple syrup until the pork chops get that golden glaze color. Serve and enjoy!
