Chicken CroquettesUser Submitted Recipe
2 cups cooked chicken, grinded in food processor
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together, works best to use your hands. Form into balls slightly larger than a ping pong ball and make into a pyramid.
Roll completed forms in additional bread crumbs.
Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate for one hour.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until browned and cooked through.
