A simple yet delicious homemade peach cobbler. It's a hit every time!
4 Cups peeled peaches
½ cup of water
2 Cups of sugar
1 Cube Butter
1½ Cups self rising flour
1½ Cups whole milk
2 t ground cinnamon

pre heat oven 350 degrees
combine peaches, 1 C sugar and water in saucepan. Stir. Bring to boil and then simmer 10 minutes and remove from heat.
Melt the butter and put in 3 quart baking dish.
Mix 1 C sugar, flour, cinnamon and milk together very slowly. Pour mixture over butter. DO NOT stir. Spoon fruit and liquid on top of mixture being careful not to mix.
Bake 30-45 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
