Salt and sweet have a marriage made in heaven in this delicious snack recipe.
2 standard size bags plain or butter flavor microwave popcorn
3 cups crisp rice cereal
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 bag Mini M&Ms (found in baking aisle)
14 oz. white chocolate bark or chips
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Pop popcorn according to package instructions. Remove unpopped kernels and place in a popcorn bowl or very large mixing bowl. Mix in crisp rice cereal and peanuts. Melt white chocolate and peanut butter together (either on a double boiler or in microwave--check microwave frequently to prevent burning). Pour white chocolate mixture over popcorn mixture and stir. Add Mini M&Ms and continue stiring until all dry ingredients are coated. Spread mixture out onto 2 cookie sheets that are covered in waxed paper. Refrigerate until set and then break into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy!
