2 cooker cups Arborio rice 3 cups whole milk 2 cups heavy cream 1 whole vanilla bean, halved and seeds scraped 2⁄3 cup granulated sugar ¼ teaspoon table salt 2 whole cinnamon sticks ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

Add all ingredients to the cooking pot of the Cuisinart® Rice Plus™ Multi-Cooker. Select the Risotto function and press Start. An audible tone will sound to indicate the end of cooking. This pudding can be served warm or chilled.
