Tiramisu without the strong flavor of coffee and strong liquor. Kids love it and it's looks good.
6 - Egg yolks
¾ Cup - White Sugar
⅔ Cup - Milk
1¼ Cups - Heavy Cream
½ Teaspoon - Vanilla
16 Oz. - Mascarpone Cheese
½ Cup - Kahlua
2 Packages - Lady Fingers
1 Cup - Chopped Chocolate Chips

In sauce pan whisk egg yolks and sugar than add milk into mixture. Cook over medium heat (stirring constantly) until mixture boils. Boil for 1 good minute. Remove from heat, cover with plastic wrap and cool in refrigerator.
Once the mixture has cooled, in separate bowl beat heavy cream with vanilla until peaks have formed. Next - take cooled custard and whisk in mascarpone cheese until smooth. *Note: you should have a bowl of whipped heavy cream and a bowl of custard/mascarpone cheese.
Arrange the Lady Fingers in the bottom of a 9 X 13 glass pan. Brush Kahlua on this layer of Lady Fingers. Place a layer custard/mascarpone mixture over Lady Fingers, then a layer of whipped cream, than a layer of chopped chips. Repeat all layers especially the Lady Fingers with Kahlua. Just remember to end up with the top of desert sprinkled with chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
